Building a Home

DOL-A-5550
Barn Swallow

DOL-A-5521
Cliff Swallow

These swallows are collecting mud to build their nests.  Swallows are bug eating machines and a joy to watch as they showcase their flying skills.

Acts of kindness... share a smile with someone.

Have yourself a wonderful day

The nesting spots they make out of mud are impressive.

Such sweet little birds! We have one almost identical to the first photo. We call it a Welcome Swallow. Their nests are impressive!

I just love these little "guys!"
We have a pair that just finished making a nest above one of our outdoor lights. They have come to the same place every year for about 3 years now. They are so much fun to watch.
Wonderful photographs, Daniel!
