Welcome to my photo blog!
I would so love to take a nap on that bench right now. Schatzie had her ACL surgery yesterday and I haven't had much rest in a couple days. She is doing well, but it's going to be a long recovery period. I just might come to this bench daily. Thanks for an interesting post Daniel. Happy Saturday!
What a novel idea. And great image.
*No nonsense here just awed by your beautiful photo shot. =0)*
I'm all for being agreeable, but I'd like to say I really like the way the top of the bench matches the horizon. Good eye.
Although it depicts a stark beauty, someone with an existential nature might come to this bench to explore the emptiness of existence.
It is also a bench to sit and enjoy the view, love the dramatic sky and the simplicity of the bench sitting on this boardwalk.
Somehow it looks a lot warmer than I bet it was on that day.
and with a great view too. wonderful image Daniel.
Yes one could have a good old rant there without disturbing anyone :) OR that view might just make you forget what made you hot and bothered in the first place :)
A pure sit on and go, lovely bench.
The calmness of the water does present a scene of tranquility. Just the kind atmosphere one would need to clear their thoughts.
We love to sit on Doc's bench and gaze out onto the lake ... so relaxing.
What a great place to stop and rest a while!
Love your image. Serenity comes to mind, and I'm all for serenity and peace and love and happiness...
That's a lovely bench in a lovely spot, apparently on a lovely day. All I need is my Kindle and a cup of tea...heaven.
You have done an excellent job of making a simple hard wood bench so inviting.
If I were sitting there, I don't think I would vent. I would be thinking peaceful, happy thoughts.
"Me" time. What a wonderful place this would be to just sit and "be."Beautiful photograph, Daniel.
Oh, just to sit and admire the scenery would work for me!
I usually just use benches for sitting. And pondering. Hmmm. Well, from my perch the weather sucks! That's all I've got.
reminds me of lucy from 'peanuts'. 'the doctor is in' :)
Catching up and as always, realizing I've missed some beauties here. Could sit happily on that bench for quite a while :)
