A pic from my collection.  Still nursing a chest cold.  So I thought why not have some fun with this photo.

A challenge for everyone who enjoys such things; come up with a Sales Ad as if you were the Realtor responsible for selling this property as seen in the photo below.


No giveaways or prizes.  The reward is the satisfaction of coming up with the best pitch.
