County Plow Match

Attended a local plow match recently and was quite impressed with the varied collection of tractors taking part.

Wonderful. Ploughing matches are always a good day out.

Why do the tractors have bent wheels, it is funny. They are old but beautiful.

That first one has some serious wheels! Great shots, showing the different styles.

I just love the third one...but you also gotta love a girl on a tractor ;)

those old metal tires - so cool but must have been so rough!

I love old tractor shows. You got great shots.
Love the sky behind the friendly-looking farmer and beautiful red tractor. Wonderful photograph! I was a village kid, but grew up surrounded by farms (Quebec). This post brought back memories of Ormstown Fair.
Powerful machines. I think it is great that the old machines are maintained.

We have a 1965 Farmall which does not look anything like these -- but it does the job! Great shots Daniel. Thank you so much for sharing at RT this week. xo
